Cab leaking
Does anyone know how to stop water from gettng into the cab? It leaks from the corners in the upper floor panel. I live in the northwest so this is usually going on alot. I own a 1973 custom, if that helps. Thanks

You can use caulk on some stuff,but not just any caulk.The ge silicone 2 is the best thing on the market.It is 100% silicone.I used that for the seal between my firewall and heater box.I was getting a whole lot of water in my truck in the rain from it splashing in around the heater box.Now its hard to keep water from comming in when the bottom of your cab is 2 1/2 feet from the ground and your ankels are in water.I havent yet solved that one,other than trying to stay out of the deep water.lol
I would have someone hold a water hose above the window and you sit inside and look for leaks.

Check the small drain holes in the corners of the cowl. These can get clogged by leaves. Water then fills the cowl and spills into the cab. It took me a long time to figure this out with my 79.
