Does anyone know where or what company makes a dual exhaust that goes straight out the back, for my 06 PSD?
I seen a PSD the other day that had duals straight out back, and man did it ever sound mean!!!! It was prob, a 05 or 06, He was turning at a stop light or i would have ask him where he got it.
If you tow you won't like it as all the smoke goes right on your trailer, that's why no of the manufacturers build them this way. We stock all the MBRP ones if you have questions just call.
i agree with mark, if u tow, u will hate it. but if u dont, why not!
if u really want strait backs, just buy a muffler from a brand u like the sound of (mbrp and dynomax are some of the louder ones, and my favorites), take it to a muffler shop, buy there pipes, and have them bend them just how u want them. that way u choose everything, even the tips!
Ya, i never thought about the smoke residue on the horse trailer. I just liked the looks.
Do you guys think the MBRP duals sound better or even louder then the single exhaust? When i listen on line to the sound clips the duals sound better, or should i say sounds more like a gas v8.
the MBRP ad in the Jan 07' issue of Diesel Power Mag. has a picture of a truck with duals coming stright out the rear of the truck, but they are centered right under the license plate (right where the tow hitch would be).
Mark, is that a custom MBRP job, or do they do a kit like that?
Just wondering is all. I thought it looked like a bad place, myself.
