To me 37 12.50 16 is a heck of alot easier to understand than 325 80 16. Since 16" and up wheels have become more popular, there have been way more tires listed in flotation rather than metric sizes.
yes i agree. I am just not sure what tire fits a 16x10 inch wheel. a 37 .... 16? thanks for everyones help
i have 16x10" wheels and i am running 37x12.5 super swampers on'em. but the biggest bfg makes is a 35.. I found that toyo (open country m/t) makes a 38x14 that will fit a 16" wheel. I think that's what im leaning torwards getting . My opinion super swampers suck...they wear really bad and tread life sucks.

great! thanks for the info. what year truck you have?
For a street tire TSL's leave a lot to desired as metioned above, but that's not their main purpose. They are a street legal offroad tire, not a P rated all season tire.
For a street driven truck like yours cj35thls1ss19, you should stick with either a radial AT or MT. I have had good luck with my BFG AT KOs, but they only offer a 37 in an 18 wheel. Changing to a larger rim might be a good idea since most new tires available now are only available in a 17, 18 or 20. The 15, 16, and 16.5 are slowly dieing off due to stock truck rim size increaing so that manufacturers can run larger brakes.
If you have 37" tires I would look at going to a 16.5 or 17" rim. I have 16x10 rims and it is hard finding 37" tires for a 16" rim, there are only a few brands available.
You can get some 36s expecially if you tow, so you'd actually have power to tow. Other than that there are alot of tires in the 36" range for a 16" rim.
Also, a 10" wide rim would be good for a tire 12.5"-14" wide.
I have a 2001. True, it has been very interesting trying to find a 37" tire for a 16" wheel. My only real options are getting a bigger size wheel or getting a smaller size tire. But i have a 6" lift and i just don't know if i'd want a smaller tire than i have on there already. It's a V10 i don't care how much gas it sucks down.
