Yeah its not that hard to do you just got to have determination, patience, money and time and most important a truck just like yours but 4x4 like a donor vehicle from a scrap yard then you can swap everything over or just simply buy a 4x4 if you got that truck you got now for free your not losing anything like kemical said do a search topic has been covered many times

are the full size frames the same for 2 and 4 wheel drive like rangers and exlporers? my friend got an explorer sport and put his beat down rangers ttb on it. fit perfect no fab other than driveshaft
