Thanks for the compliments guys! I'll keep you posted as to how it holds together but so far so good. It seems to be very well built, nice and solid.
Actually the most important thing is the wife is happy and as they say.... "if the wife ain't happy, no ones happy!" LOL

Even in the 80`s Lincolns were sweet rides. I always liked them, nice and roomy plus quiet. Mostly boring but nice on a trip. I drove an 86 Towne Car back from Texas for a friend and after the long drive I was ready to buy one.
