Shift Column "Click" noise?
I have a 04 EB, and noticed something interesting. When going into reverse, I sometimes hear a "click" sound coming from the shifter column. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

It's pretty much the same sound you get when you move the shifter from neutral to reverse, but it happens while reversing. Other than the sound, there are no problems with performance in the transmission.<o></o>

Probably the shift lock actuator clicking when you apply the brake pedal at the moment you are shifting into reverse. It would not be noticable shifting N to R though. Only from P to R.
