Replacement seats
Bronco II had some nice seats for a few years, Eddie Bauer editions and whatnot. They should be narrow and low enough to fit your cab along with a console.
The '60 is an almost full size cab though, so probably any bucket would work on the right pedestal if you are willing to be creative with spacing.

Space is ample and you are right about any seat would work. I was hoping someone would say they saw somethin that looked real good so I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel or in this case the seat haha
