Hello, I recently installed rear reversed eye main leafs from MidFifty F-100 parts on my 56. I had to take out the leaf under the main one because the ends hit the eyes. So that lowered the rear about 3.5 inches. My problem now is that the height changes from side to side. I noticed at first that the left rear was about an 1.5 inches higher than the right, and then a few days later the left had gone back down and the right had gone up 1.5 inches, and then again a couple days later the heights were equal. Does anyone have any ideas on what's going on? Maybe my shocks are shot? Thanks

Where are you measuring to and from? Is it possible that your bed is loose due to rotted or missing bed wood or a broken bed bolt to a cross member? That would allow the bed to move around. I have that problem on my '55 F100 until I rebuild the bed one of these days. Mine is so loose you can move by hand.
Boy I would do a quick measurement at the frame rails to make sure your not getting any torque there. Another question, have you checked the shackles to make sure they are not hanging up?
