95 Bronco won't start

I pulled the codes and got a 542 code, (fuel pump secondary circuit fault). The engine turns over but will not fire. Is it the fuel pump relay and if it is, which one is it? There are about 5 relays in the large fuse box on the firewall and 4 relays in a rectangular box next to the fuse box. Also, do the relays pull straight out of their holders?

check the inerta switch, it is behind the passenger kick plate

number 2 relay in engine compartment and fuse 16 20 amp maxi is fuel feed

The fuel pump relay is the green one.
