Starting Problem
I've been reading the forums for a while and decided to share a problem I've been having off and on with my '06 Expedition 23,0000mi. Once in a while when I try to start it, I'll turn the key and as it tries to start, the engine seems to stumble and does not turn on. It will do this maybe up to 3 times and then fires up like normal. This only happens every so often, not very much, but very annoying when it does. Engine also seems to idle a bit rougher than I'm used to with other engines. Any ideas as to the cause, and should this be covered under warranty? Thanks in advance.

This can be the result of using high ocatane fuel or poor fuel quality from your description. These vehicles are not calibrated for high octane fuels.
