I've been giving my teenage boys crap about their music. I guess we had some bad ones too eh, Dan?
The problem is that most of the kids these days don't listen to actual music, it's more on the level of noise pollution...
Oh wait, isn't that pretty much what every generation says about the next generation's music...?
I must be getting old...I'm even starting to sound like my father! (Damn kids and their noise...what's the world coming to?)
Yeah, we certainly had our share of garbage. Here's another one:
I Ran, by A Flock of Seagulls. Major spewmaker there...
Earlier I mentioned "Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time" and listed Paul McCartney and Jets as the artist. However... as I was walking through a store Monday morning and heard that rotten song once again it dawned on me. HEY YA BIG STUPID TURTLE, IT WAS Paul McCartney and WINGS and they had another rotten song called JET!
Made me feel rather silly. And pretty much assured that I would not be having a wonderful Christmas time.
Ah, don't worry about it Turtle, that band sucked so bad that everybody wishes they could forget their name...Speaking of "Jet", remember the 80's kiddie band by the same name? "How did you know, 'cause I never told, you found out, I got a crush on you!" Dang, I just tagged myself!
BTW TigerDan, thanks for making me realize I still know every word of "Mexican Radio", jerk! ...and RocketScience, you're scary! You might as well have posted a link to "Rock Me Amadeus (sp?)"!
Keep it up with the Christmas songs and I'm gonna pop up some Pet Shop Boys!!!
Ha Ha! "I've got the brawn, you've got the brains, let's make lots of money!" HAHAHA! Good one! They probably really are making lots of money nowadays redecorating someone's bedroom on the DIY network!...and speaking of people who are blatantly uh, not heterosexual, "YMCA, it's fun to stay at the..." Ok, be honest, who's doing the arm movements?!
