I ran a buzz test..all sounded about the same..I have the sp diesel t/c lock and exhaust brake.it is run off of the cruise control and throttle peddle...I have the de fuser in the place of the EBPS..and I while back I had the sensor in the air box un hooked..could these things caused my codes???should i clear them and see if they come back?? im not sure if these codes are old or new...this is my 1st time pulling codes on this truck??? thanks guy's
Clear them and see if they return.
P0113 - In live data With key on engine off (cold start) does temp read +/-2* ambient and within 3* of EOT
P0221 - Look at accelerator pedal position in live data should be 0 at idle and 70% - 80% at WOT
P1211 - common with a chip just mean the ICP is reading higher or lower than the PCM is expecting.
The rest I would attribute to your mods if you are not having problems with those systems

thanks alan..ill check the live data tomarrow.. got to get kids off to bed..and find out how to get live data...how do i clear them codes??? every thing seems to run good shift good i havent had any problems with the truck yet...
Oops ...... Youre right bloomy, brain fart here, scratch that 0 Ron and insert 10% - 13%
Ron to clear the codes on the opening screen look to the right hand side there is a big button.
For live data click the second tab there will be 9 viewing panels with drop down boxes to choose the sensor you need to view.
thanks alan..i tryed to clear them but it didnt seem to want to clear..another box kept comming up.i click ok in the box and the codes are still there..i found the live reading tab but the drop down box had no sensors listed...do i have some thing not set right???
edit: i got the codes to clear..witch sensor is for the throttle controle???

I believe you mean the throttle position sensor. If you are trying to get that on live data on ae it would be the accelerater pedal position in the drop down choices. AE is a great tool, i got mine months ago and still trying to figure out how to use half the features it has.

thanks i found it on my lunch break..it shows 11.25 then when i press it it go's to 70 then if i realy push it it go's to 75..i think my carpet it getting in the way...
I read about them having a problem when they only went to 75% on the itp forum and that's where mine would top out, so i ordered a new one and same thing. I was told that one was bad, so i went to the local dealer and bought one and same thing. Come to find out 70-80% is all you will see cause of the way ae measures this. Point of this story don't worry if your accelerater pedal doesn't go past 70-80%
re checked every thing again tonight..my p1211 code came back..not suprised..and i got a wiper and washer relay switch ??? not surewhat that meant, every thing seems to work ok..but all other codes are gone so far...
Here's a good description Pocket posted on another site.

It requires 7 seconds of oil pressure below desired level to trigger the code.
For example, if I remember correctly my DP-Tuner chip calls for 2800 psi at WOT. When I monitor my ICP pressure, it only maintains less than 2200 psi at WOT. The code is then triggered say when I make a 1/4 mile drag race run. Basically, my HPOP is too weak, and I need to upgrade to a big oil setup. It doesn't hurt anything, but with a weak HPOP, you are not taking advantage of the full tuning capabilities.
It could.......When you get a change log some live data.
Injector control pressure - (ICP)
Injector control duty cycle - (IPR)
Engine RPM
A good hard acceleration should give you ~3000psi ICP at < 65% duty cycle
The WOT Test involves looking at those sensors and holding the pedal to the floor for 3 minutes. Duty cycle should not excede 65% and ICP should not fall below 1800psi.
