Fuel tank question
I dropped my fuel tank yesterday on my 02 and did the mods. It is the 38 gallon tank. There were two lines attached at the front and back of the tank. Wondered what they are for? Vents? The center of the tank had the feed and what I assumed was the return. These lines at the front and back were pushed on without clamps. Normal?
I elimiated 2 QD fittings. Assumed there isn't a need to replace QD on the return line. The one right at the pump and the one coming off the feed from the tank. Where the hose attached to the steel line coming from the tank and to the pump it was just pushed on. I cut with utility knife and hose camped the new line.
