Question steering

I have an 87 f150 4x4 5.0 auto,it has 32 inch bfg's my problem is it pulls when I hit snow or slush on one side or the other and if the road is slippey it feels like each tire wants to pull in different dirrections.I checked front end and there is side to side play that is in the steering box,not alot but a little.would a steering stabiliser help this or is my box on its way out. Also I have a bad right lower balljointwould this cause the front end pull??Its getting fixed today by the way!thanx

I think you're on the right path. Get the ball joint fixed, I'd do upper and lower while you're in there, and do an allignment. See if that helps. If not, then on to the steering box.

That sounds like tie rod or ball joint. Did you have the ball joints replaced?
