Engine rebuild questions

I'm getting ready to rebuild a 5.0 motor for my 90 F-150. Has an automatic tranny, 4x4......
It is a speed density motor and I was wanting some suggestions for a "mild" motor. Thoughts have crossed my mind of converting to mass air, and e303 cam, afr 185 heads, with a .30 over bore.

Need a little help here...wanting to stay sorta cheap, but i know i'm gonna have to spend some money on it...my budget will be 1500 bones or so.

Any suggestions are appreciated...

-.030 overbore
-Stock HO roller cam from a Mustang with roller lifters (don't forget the spiderfor the lifters.
-Bowl/ gasket match the factory E7 heads (GT40-P heads if you can find
headers to fit) with 1.6 roller rockers intake, 1.7 roller rockers exhaust

This should put you in some pretty good power and keep the factory computer happy...

This is what I'd call mild, as in it'll work with the stock computer and injectors. This will make the truck motor about as torqey as it'll get.
Comp Cams 35-255-5 cam.
Mild port job on the E7's. Bowl blend, remove the air injection hump, match the intake ports to the lower intake manifold runners, NOT THE GASKET.
Longtube headers.

E303 cam and AFR185's will require a computer and probably bigger injectors, and it won't be a great truck motor.
