i found a big linclon v8 368 i think any one know any thinkg about these motors and it has a bellhousing is it the same as a 292? what about mounts and last what are these motors worth??asoming it is in rebuldible condition thanks
The 368 bolts up to the Y-block bellhousing. That must be a car engine so you'll need truck exhaust manifolds, truck front timing cover and engine mount, and a flywheel and clutch set. I'm sure there's more but that's a start. I think that's an awesome idea. It will bolt into a 56 like it was made for it.
I suspect you'll need a truck water pump and thermostat housing.
368's have hydraulic lifters and 4bbl intakes. With a little work, you can find a truck automatic bellhousing, a y-block Cruisomatic flex plate and a good FMX and convert it to an automatic transmission. Super cruiser.
