Austospring Installation

Does anyone know if there's any detailed installtion instructions on this site for the 2.5 Autospring. (for '06 F150) I would like to find something with pics. I'm not sure if this is something I'm going to be able (or want to) tackle in my driveway. I can just see me doing something wrong. I figured maybe with instructions w/pics maybe even a dummy like myslef can install them.
