cab bolts
i bought a wrecked 02 super duty with the 7.3, well its a roll over and ive got it stripped to the point where im removing the cab and i just have to get the cab bolts out. i got the two rearward bolts out but the front two and center two are stuck and i dont want to heat them up because the bushings will catch fire, does anyone have any idea how to remove these bolts?

Impact wrenches are the best option. Try rocking the bolt forward and backward, if it will drive any direction it will work loose.
Other wise you may have to drill/cut the heads off. Once tension is off the bolt, you should be able to remove them.

ya used the impact and that loosens so far and then they just stop but ill def. try the mini torch and impact it again. i tried to use a small flame with my oxy/act. torch and that still caught the rubber bushing! and i would cut the head off but the 4 bolts that are stuck are recessed in the floor! Thanks for the tips though, i really appreciate it!
