Bus with rough idle

Hi
I just signed up here and I have a question I have a 1991 mini bus 70,000 miles in real nice shape I just had all filters changed before i did this bus ran awsome now it runs nice while driving but when you come to a stop it jumps and idles really rough after reading on here i have been adding diesil kleen the last two tank fulls do you think that might have something to do with it its intermitent so its hard to bring to a mechanic except explain whats going on because 75% of the time it runs beautiful.

Welcome to FTE and the IDI diesel forum.

I think you will see it improving over the next couple of tanks of fuel if you continue to run Diesel Kleen in your fuel.

With fresh filter changes and the problem showing up since, I would check for air leaks at the filters, possibly return line system was distrubed and your getting air in the system occationally.

If the fuel return lines between the injectors are painted gray then replace. In changing the fuel filter one of the line might have been disturbed. Fuel won't leak out but air will leak in.
