I was wondering were the best and cheapest place price wise to buy a fabtech four inch lift kit for a 2wd Ford Excursion. Also how does this kit ride on an Excursion because the ride quality is really bad right now and it just sits way to low to the ground because its 2wd.
It really depends. If you go with the coilover kits it can really change the way it rides. If you reuse the stock springs, the ride should remain the same.
If you don't go with the coilovers, try a set of bilstiens. They should calm the ride down.
Unless you have they 05-current coil spring front end, that would mean you going with the dirt logic coil over kit. It will make a major difference in ride.
Try your local driver FX stores, shipping can get expensive on those kits. Stores that use inhouse trucks get cheap deliverly.
Some kits must be shipped by truck freight because of size limits, some can be shipped Fedex. Truck freight is immedately $100. I haven't shipped Fedex in a while, but I would estimate $140.
