When I say I hammered them out I mean I HAMMERED them out. I used plenty of penetrating fluid and some good hard hits. My neighbour has a 94 F-250 and thats how he did his. It worked.

I've got a pivoting head one but I've never used it. I have a craftsman that seems pretty good, I've put a pipe on it and used it to over 400 ft-lbs and it's been fine...and if I did happen to break it I can return it for another one.

3/4" drive stuff is nice, but a I have yet to break a 1/2" breaker bar or a ratchet, even using snipes,(both are the only ones and I have an are craftsman). I would like to see what you do with yours to be able to snap them like tooth picks. Also, have you ever tried heat and penetrating lube to help with loosening it before you break your tools?
