I'm trying to figure this out myself. Does anyone know where there is a discussion/anouncement about this?
Since it is going to be this way may I join the Washington chapter or am I "grandfathered in"?

I thought i had removed my sub to the nw thread, but i see now that things are changing.... very very interesting... Do we have reason, where for and why. Like the chaper is getting to big... or what might have brought this on. just wondering...
