Troubleshooting no heat

I have a 97' E Super Duty with the V10, its an RV. I am having a heating issue and have started to troubleshoot it, I have the dash about 3/4 off. First the blower motor blows cold air on any setting, defrost-vent. I can here the blend door move when I switch the temp over to heat. The camper never has overheated, the needle stays just below the midway point. When I let the camper warmup to operating temp, the inlet/outlet water hose seem hot however I can squeeze them flat, for that matter I can squeeze the radiator ones flat as well. I have read that there may be a switch/thermatstat that allows water to flow into heater coil, if any one could help me on this it would be great. Also if anyone knows of a location I can get a fuse box diagram and what the fuses go to I would appreciate it.

Don't mean to insult you, but is your coolant level OK?

Just a thought.

Also if there was a valve it would be on 1 of the heater hoses that go to the heater core box.
Also the blend door actuators were known to break on the early ac/heater plenum.
chk that out also
