Can Someone Help My Heaater problems?
I haave the same problem on both my 93 Aerostar and my 99 F150.The heat only comes through the defroster.I have no floor or mix heat.Does anyone know the cause and how to fix it quick.It is in the teens today and should be there againg tommorrow.Thanks for any help in advance

Repair and replace your vacuum hoses. The blender do is controled by vacuum, and if there is a broken or disconnected vacuum hose leading to it, it will get stuck in defrost mode. The vacuum motor is above the engine near the blower motor . It has a small diameter vacuum line running to it (unless that part broke. I would trace the lines all the way back to the nearest tee and eplace the entire section. These hoses get brittle after sitting under the hood for over ten years exposed to the intense heat.
