Here is the question
does a starter from a 390 CID 1970 F350 motor fits the 272 on my 56 F600?
From the pictures on the partsamerica.com they kind of do -- the bolt pattern to be bolted up looks the same but I don't know if the flywheel teeth will line up. Have anybody did this conversion. The reason I am asking is that this starter I can go and pick up tomorrow, but the factory original is a 1 week wait. Thank you all and god bless
