One of the first times I read one of those postings on another site, I was maybe ten words in before I realized how it was all mispelled on purpose. I tend to read quickly and didn't pick up on it right away.
I guess it may be true about the first and last letter and stuff.
I read it like I read a normal sentence, no problem.
