The other night the inlaws invited the wife and I to join them in a IG dinner theatre thing. Well as those who have met me, i dont look like i would totally be "into" something like that but i endedup sitiing next to the presedent of the club and we got to talking and he made it sound pretty good gave me some names and numbers of people for flathead parts etc. He himeslf does high end interiors. Does anyone have any thoughts about Draggins or anything that could mebbe help me out?
Draggins are a great car club, if your going to join one that's definately the one to be in. The members are great guys and pretty willing to help a guy out. I've raced out at SIR against Bruno at street legal events, and have had help tracking down hard to find original parts from Glen Hoff... those are two guys I couldn't say a bad word about!
I've thought about joining the Draggins, but am a little shy as my cars aren't complete... '52 F-1 needs paint and body work, and the '63 Gal runs great but looks aweful
My neighbour and very good friend Dan is a member so if you`re interested pm me and I`ll give you his phone number. He`s working on a 33 Ford 2 dr sedan that he chopped the top on 2'' doing an awesome job.
Yeah that would be a good car club to get into actually any club would be pretty good to get into for sure....
We just have to do some major work here quickly starting in January and turn this one into an awesome Ford truck club. The Draggins started out with afew good members and we already have that, just need to get`er done.
