Bellhousings
I was looking for info on bellhousings, and their interchangeabilty. I have an old 85 F150- with what i believe is a 300 (have to look deeper into it) I am looking at doing a T-5 swap and I need a bellhousing. The truck ins a manual trans.
(3 speed with OD) is there any chance this bellhousing will bolt up to my 65 200? Maybe this is a stupid question, but you got to look at who's asking it...

Not sure how to delete posts, but I found what I was looking for...
"OK, the 250 is much larger and has a bigger bellhousing pattern (the
289/302/300/351W-C pattern) than the 144/170/200. The 240 and 300 both
share the same 289/302/300/351W-C bellhousing pattern, at least with the
motor from after 1965 that I would be familiar with."
