headlamp adjustment

Hey guys, I have an 01 F-350 the driver side lamp points down to far i need to bring it up about three inches. any tips?

Park in front of a wall or something solid and ajust to the same height as the other one

The adjusters are located behind the headlamp. The horizontal one is located at the inner end of each headlamp, and the vertical one is located at the outer end. Here are pictures of my left (driver's side) headlamp. The first pic is the horizontal one--the second pic is the vertical one (barely visible down below the mounting panel, and the third pic is on of the whole lamp. Hope this helps.
