when pulling into traffic from standstill my 2007 power stroke hesitates. once it goes your burning rubber...a bit scary when traffic is coming...any way to speed up the reaction time???
I found something that worked for me. When you get ready to turn into traffic or you're stopped and turning across traffic, hold the brake with the left foot and idle her up with your right. It's kind of like doing the hokey pokey at first, but that will bring your boost pressure up enough to where you're burning rubber when you throw the throttle to it. You don't have to power brake it, just enough to bring the rpms up just a hair. Hope this helps. Yeah, I know it's not the safest approach, but it works.
