Valve Lift
I have a 1984 Ford F250 4x4 truck with the 351W in it. The motor is stock, except for new timing gears. I want to know what is the biggest cam I can run before i need valve reliefs in the pistons? I have checked fordracingparts.com and I found a cam I like. it has .472 lift on the intake and .496 on the exhaust. Is this to big? or do I need to go smaller?
