Smile Just got the 06e17 reflash!

I didn't really notice any difference in the truck except the turbo whistle seems to be a bit louder and the expected noise of the injector cycling at shut down.Overall I'm alot happier with this reflash than I was with the 05e15 reflash.

My dealer told me he had to manually reflash the truck instead of the regular way,So what's the difference between manually reflashing it and just doing it the regular way?And does it matter which way they do it?Sorry one more thing,This reflash also exercises the vanes in the turbo right?

They either had a problem with their ids/wds, or you have a programmer that made the diagnostic tool read a blank pcm.

The only thing it's ever had is bully dogs ''try before you buy''.I wonder if their will ever be a problem with warranty work now if I ever need it?They didn't say anything to me.

That kind of works on a case by case basis.
