Another issue

Stopped to get fuel today, before i filled up i had a 1/4 tank of deisel. After the fill i still have a 1/4 tank. The gauge will not go any higher. Just another issue on the list.
To date: frontend wobble, scratched windows, oil on bell housing, runs in paint, rear door sagging and now the fuel gauge all with under 6000 miles. Im so disappointed.

If they switched you to the new diesel, it wouldn't suprise me that your having guage issues. It is probably that your fuel sender is stuck. It should sneak back up slowly.

This is normal operation. You filled up with the key on.. It takes a while for the guage to recover to the proper reading.

There was a thread on this a while back, but maybe a tech can give the full story.
