Lossen all mains
remove rear main cap
push out old upper seal half with whatever is handy
clean upper seal grove with solvent socked rope or rag
clean again with clean rag
lube new upper seal with molly lube and carefully roll in new upper seal
bottom half is in the main cap and easy to get at
REMEMBER to retorque all main caps
remove rear main cap
