Banks Performance Package??

What do you guys think of that package. I figured instead of messing around with all the other stuff, and trying to piece together a system, this might be easier. Obviously its very pricey, but its deceiving, the headers is what I am after, and having a full exhaust system following it. Do you guys think I should put their Cold Air Intake in? Or keep my brand new K & N?
Looks like it wont bring you right to the system I am referring to, but under Ford trucks, go to 460, 87-97, the first one listed is the one I am interested
Are these headers junk, and restrictive? Is that intake junk, I have a K and N right now. Is that muffler to muffled. I want to be loud and mean, and actually be letting this thing breathe completely. WIll this do the trick? Or is it a waste of money? Should i just buy the Gibsons and have my local garage make me a true dual cat back? Will that be just as good or better, and louder?
