Fuel drain line??

Fuel drain line??
Hi, I was hoping someone might have an idea on how I can unplug my water drain valve, the line (hose) going down out of the filter will not let anything drain out. I tried to use an air line and blow air into it to free it up but it didn't work.. I'm unsure of where it comes out, I think it's on the front of the motor, but I'm not sure where. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated, thanks... Don..

right side front of the engine. u will see a small tube. i recommend putting a length of fuel hose on it to help direct the fuel into a bucket or another container. if not, it'll spash around a make a mess.

Sorry, I didn't get back sooner, Thanks for the info. when it warms up alittle bit I'll go and see if I can find it. I was thinking that maybe I could try to run a piece of wire down the tube to see if the blockage would come out.. Thanks for the help, Don..
