Howdy Fellas.

1993 F250 7.3 IDI w/313,000 miles. While following up on my regular maintenance, I thought it would behoove me to replace all my fuel injector o-rings w/OEM's from the local dealer. They're definitely identical. However, no matter what I do, all 8 of them leak like crazy. I seated them perfectly (so I thought) and was careful not to damage those fragile plastic sleeves. The guys at the dealership are happy to overcharge me for parts, but not at all willing to share tech information.

Is there some secret to getting those puppies to seal properly?
