Need torque specs ASAP please

Hey guys! I'm working on a 95 F-250 xlt 4x4 w/ a 7.3L Powerstroke, E4OD automatic, 240,000+ miles. We are replacing the injectors, glow plugs, and valve cover gaskets. I need to know the torque specs for the all of the fasteners that hold on the above. If somebody could post those up ASAP it would be much appriciated. I might even give you a cookie!

Injector Retaining bolt - 10 ft-lb. Oil Deflector bolt - 10 ft-lb. Oil rail drain plug - 53 in-lb. Glow plugs - 14 ft-lb. Valve cover bolts - 18 ft-lb. Hope this helps.

And 16 years later, your reply helped someone else out! All the torque specs I need for tomorrow's injector o-ring replacement. Thank you!!
