need help with an engine swap
hey right now im in iraq and when i return i wanna boost up my truck it has a 4.2L V6 in it now with a five speed trans. i wanna take a lightning engine and gt/cobra trans and drop it in. does anyone know if this is possible or if it will fit. please if you got some pointers let me know.thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum 
Sorry that no one has replied before now.
It will be a ton of work to do that swap unless you have a donor truck sitting next to yours. You'll need pretty much everything under the hood, wiring, PCM, exhaust etc.
Buying a Lightning truck would be way easier and, in the end, might not cost much more.
