It is probably not a fuse if the wipers are working. (unplug the wire off the pump and see if there is current when you push the washer button.) Often times the pump itself is the culprit. It should not be a big job. The pump is in the bottom of the reservoir tank. I'd have to look and see to be sure, but I think pump is held in with a snap ring or some other type of retainer.

Push in on the multifunction switch (to engage squirters) and while holding it in, wiggle the button back and forth... sometimes quite violently..
I'll bet after about 10 seconds of that they will start working...

You can also try hot wiring the pump on the resevior, after checking the switch. The pumps tend to go out quickly if you put tap water in the resevior, the junk in the water plugs it up and burns it out.
