Is it the flashpaq tuner? I have the flashpaq and I can update my tuner via internet it takes just a couple of minutes.

No, he has a max tuner, they have to be physically.

I guess buying from eBay is not advisable. It is also a way to make people buy from stores and not being passed around like used cars.
