Hi there guys, I have just purchased a factory cab light kit for my F250, but seeing that they are not an option here in Australia, I had to buy ex US. In the kit, there is no template or instructions, just the lights and harness.
I was wondering if anyone out there has some details for me...
Its pretty good actually, very basic really, only XL and XLT available, and in the 5 years they have been on sale here, the only upgrade was a CD player. Will grab some pics tomorrow for you, its dark outside here now.
I think some amber turn would look real good. Any ideas on how to get some in the states?
Mate, I will call ford tomorrow for you and see what they are worth, and can send them if you like. You can see what they look like at www.ford.com.au and look at the F Series sales pictures actually.
I'm for a group buy on these, they would look great instead of the altezza style everybody else has around here. Let us know Aussie i will definitely go for a set.
The problem you will face is that this style of light will require separate turn signal and brake light wires/bulbs. You won't find either of them at the tail light now. This is not to say that with some rewiring it could not be done but it would require some work.
