'56 F350?

Hey folks, I am looking at a 56 one ton pickup. It has single wheels in the rear instead of duals, and also has a bed like the f100, not a flat bed. Now my question is, is this factory ,or did someone mess with it? I was under the impression that all one tons of that vintage were dually flat beds?

56 F350's came in both dual and single rear on a 130 inch wheelbase. The single rear jobs I had a 9 foot box. The GVW rating was increased to 8,000 pounds and the largest single rear tire size was 8x19.5- 8 ply with base tire size was 8x17.5 on a 17.5x5.25 wheel. They featured 12.1" front brakes and had a base rear axle ratio of 4.86 with 5.14 and 5.83 available
