Code 111 is the pass code. Being the first code output means the truck passed the KOEO test.
181 and 186 are memory codes, and they indicate that the O2 sensor was out of range (reading lean) at some point. Whether that is the fault of the O2 sensor or something else is yet to be determined.
Based on other things, is the engine actually running lean or is it running rich? One of the first things the manuals have you check is fuel pressure.
I Was Told That I Have A Bad Injector #1 And A Bad Barometric Sensor Which I Can Not Find Anywhere On This Vechile
by whom? BAPS were not installed in all years. I'm pretty sure '91 had them, but '92 didn't. Beyond that, I don't know what years had them and which didn't.
I could see a bad #1 injector causing those codes, so if you trust whoever is giving you this diagnosis, then they may very well be right.
My first suggestion would be to learn how to pull codes on your own. Only requires a paper clip. This includes performing the KOER test, which it appears they didn't. These kinds of thing can be easier to diagnose from the KOER test, because KOER codes represent hard faults.
How much time did they spend on this "diagnosis?" I'm guessing all they did was pull codes and jumped to that conclusion. I would expect it would take a significant amount of effort to get from those codes to the offered diagnosis. By the book, the first step in diagnosing O2 sensor codes is to check fuel pressure, and I sincerely doubt they pulled out a fuel pressure gauge and put it on.
