Oil Cooler Leaking

Tis the season... The oil cooler on my 95 is leaking like a siv. Is it a big deal to change? Does it include draining the oil and all the coolant? The Ford manual is not clear at all in regards to the process. Anyone done the seal replacement on this?

There Is Coolant In The Cooler,you Will Lose Some,wil Also Be Good Idea To Change Oil.o-rings Are Bad That Is Why Its Leaking,probably, I Have Seen Some Of The Aluminum End Castings Corrode Here In Mich Due To Salt And Crack.

Thanks. Is it a big deal to replace? Just pull the end off where the oil filter mounts and remove the tube and replace seals or is it more detailed?
