Question Any good heaters?

I dont know if anyone remembers me but I had to replace the heater core in our 98 exp last winter. It worked great for about two months and blew again. I have read on here and heard from others that this can be something you can end up replacing several times over and at 800 bucks a pop thats just not feasable to me. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good 12v heater that I can use for the front and back cigarette lighters to keep the family warm through the winter and until we return to the states and trade our truck in for another. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as we are headed for our first snow any day now !

A power converter sized to match the hair dryer or heater will work in a pinch.

It should not have failed after two months something had to be amiss for that to happen.

Electrolysis can cause premature core failure but two months is pretty quick. Had you had it all done at a Ford dealership it would have been covered PARTS AND LABOR for 12 months or 12000 miles.
