I am experiencing a fuel leak on my 2002 F150 fx4 screw. Underside of the truck, about midway of the cabin, fuel is leaking fast while engine is running. Almost fast enough to call it a stream. It seems to be following a plastic channel, similar to the channel the oil flows when you are removing the oil filter for a change.
Closely check the fuel lines where they run under the cab. I've seen them rub through on the bottom of the cab.

Yes sir, I did. Actually my buddy did. They gave me a 48 inspection sticker, so it had to be done quick. I'm not a mechanic, but really like fixing my truck myself but I'm to slow so I had a buddy replace the fuel line at his shop.
