Transmission problems
4.0L 94 Explorer
A4LD transmission
175,000 miles.
Hello Everyone,
When transmission is in OD or D, after reaching about 20 mph the RPMs continues to increase but speed does not. This happens every time. However when the transmission is in 2nd the speed increases with the RPMs up to about 30-35mph, I haven't driven it any faster so as not to burn up the tranny. Ran diagnostics and came back with a pass code. I'm not very good with trannys so any help would be appriciated. Once again thanks for any help or ideas.
