I'd hold off on the coolant service until 50Kish or so, seems like a nice round number to me. Plus Ford doesn't recommend services with Premium Gold Coolant 'till like 100K or 150K.
At 30K, all you really need is a fuel filter, oil and filter change (depending on how often you do yours of course), and I'd recommend a trans service. Induction cleanings aren't really needed - fuels nowadays have all the cleaners and cleansers in them you really need.
Search the F-150 forums long and hard, using "spark plugs" as your search reference before even thinking about removing them.
If improperly removed, a portion of the plug may break and stay stuck in the cylinder head, leaving you up poop creek without a paddle.

with all the talks about splugs breaking during removal, I already changed them out 3,000 miles ago. Plus I have a 4.6, not a 5.4. I do not believe the 4.6 have the same problem with spark removal.
I made sure I put enough anti seize on the threads.
