p0155 code

p0155 code
I am getting a p0155 code form my 96 F150 with a 6 and 5 speed 4x4. I put another new one in and it did not work, after clearing processor I still get a p0155 code. This is the 3rd o2 sensor I have replaced in 40,000 miles because of the same heater malfuction problem, only this time replacement did not work. I have cleaned all connections clear up to to processor and still no luck. Any sugesstions??
